Account Statements

Your account statements and notices will soon have a new look!

As part of our Service With Solutions® philosophy, we’re excited to introduce a new account statement format. You will soon notice that your statements are more streamlined, which allows you to quickly and easily reconcile your accounts.

Additionally, you may notice a change to the way you receive your statements and notices. Some items that were previously sent electronically will now be mailed to you in print form, and some items that were previously sent both electronically and in print form will now be sent electronically.

If you wish to change your delivery method:

  • Personal Accounts: Log in to Online Banking, navigate to “Online Statements” and select “Edit User Settings”.
  • Business and Commercial Accounts: Log in to Trico Business Express or change your preferences within Trico Treasury Center.
