Business Account Statements Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions about your business account statements and notices from Tri Counties Bank.

If you have additional questions about your business statements and notices, please contact your local branch or call 1-800-922-8742.

Q:

What is changing on my account statements and notices?

A:

The design and format of your statements and notices is changing slightly. Rest assured that all of the account information you are used to seeing will be included.

The main change to loan statements is that the payment coupon is no longer located at the top. Instead, you will find it at the bottom of the statement.

Q:

Why is my full account number displayed on my statement?

A:

Your full account number allows you to better recognize charges that are posted to each of your accounts. Additionally, if you see an unrecognized transaction on your statement, you will have all of the information needed to easily file a dispute.

Q:

Why are you changing the format?

A:

Your new statements and notices will be more streamlined, making it easier for you to reconcile your accounts.

Q:

What is changing in terms of the delivery of my statements?

A:

If you currently receive your statements in print form, nothing will change in terms of your statement delivery. If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, the following notices will now be sent in print form only:

  • Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) Notices
  • Electronic Fund Transfers (Reg E) Notices
  • Requests for Financial Information

Q:

How do I adjust my delivery method?

A:

You can change your delivery method by logging in to Trico Business Express or you can change your preferences within Trico Treasury Center. You can also contact your local branch or call 1-800-922-8742
