Touch ID
To use Touch ID you'll need:
- An Apple iPhone 5s or above, or an iPad 5th generation or later
- The latest version of the Tri Counties Bank Mobile Banking App
To enable Touch ID login, simply go to the "More" tab and select "Touch ID" on the Mobile Banking app.
Face ID
To use Face ID you'll need:
- An Apple iPhone X or above
- The latest version of the Tri Counties Bank Mobile Banking App
To enable Face ID login, simply go to the "More" tab and select "Face ID" on the Mobile Banking app.
Android Devices
Fingerprint Login for Android
Your fingerprint is your new single-digit password. To use Face ID you'll need:
- An Android device
- The latest version of the Tri Counties Bank Mobile Banking App
To enable Fingerprint login, simply go to the "More" tab and select "Fingerprint Login" on the the Mobile Bankng app.
