Tri Counties Bank will never call and ask for sensitive information, such as User ID’s, passwords, PINs and one-time passcodes. We will also never ask you to provide access to your accounts.
How You Can Protect Yourself
- Never share your secure access code, password, or other login credentials.
- Do not click links in unexpected text messages or emails.
- Hang up immediately if you receive a suspicious call from someone asking for sensitive information.
- Verify directly— call us at 1-800-922-8742 or contact your local branch to confirm communication.
- Trust your instincts—if something feels off, it probably is.
