How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?

Please contact us immediately at 1-800-637-3267 if you realize that your card is missing.

How do I report a transaction I don’t recognize?

Call Customer Service at 1-800-922-8742. You must notify Tri Counties Bank within 60 days of receiving the first statement with unauthorized activity.
