Applying for a Business Loan or Line of Credit

Step 1: Select Loan Type and Amount

Step 2: Gather Required Documentation

All business loans and lines of credit require the following documentation

  • Business Banking Application and Agreement (PDF iconpdf)

  • Legal Entity Documents

  • IRS Form 4506T (opens a dialog)

  • Most recent year Business Federal Tax Return, including all schedules

  • Current Business Financial Statements, dated within 90 days of application date

  • Most recent year Personal Federal Tax Return, including all schedules, for each Business Owner

Lines of credit and loans over $100,000 require additional documentation.

Step 3: Submit your application

  2. Print and sign (including all principals)

  3. Gather all supporting documents listed on this page
