Will my Online Banking SignOn ID remain the same?
Yes. We will be transferring your SignOn ID to our new, upgraded system.

Which browser versions do you recommend when using Online Banking?
We recommend using a current version of your favorite browser. We support current versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
There is no separate enrollment required for mobile banking. You can use the same username and password you established for Online Banking to login to the mobile app.
How do I download the Tri Counties Bank Mobile Banking app?
You can manage your mobile devices from within our Online Banking application by clicking on the “mobile” link in the upper right corner of every page. There you’ll find instructions for installing our mobile apps and setting up alerts.
Do I need to sign up for eStatements again?
Yes. You can enable eStatements by logging into your Online Banking account, selecting the account for which you’d like to receive eStatements and clicking on the “Online statements” link. Once you accept our new terms and conditions you’re all set to receive eStatements again.
Is text banking still supported?
Yes. Our new mobile banking application does support text-based functionality. You'll need to upgrade your Online Banking account on Feb 17th and re-enroll your phone to receive text messages. Please note: making transfers via text message will no longer be supported.
