How do I log into Trico Business Express for the first time?

How do I determine my Company ID?

Your Company ID was provided in the letter mailed to each customer. If you need assistance, please contact Tri Counties Bank at 1-800-922-8742.


When will access to Business Online Banking end?

Customers will have access to Business Online Banking for 7 days after their respective ‘transition date.’ For more information on your transition date, please contact Tri Counties Bank at 1-800-922-8742 for assistance.


Will I continue to receive eStatements?

Yes, your statement preferences will not be affected by the transition. eStatements will be available within Trico Business Express. If you are not currently enrolled and would like to be, please contact Tri Counties Bank at 1-800-922-8742 for assistance.


Is there a new mobile banking app for Trico Business Express?

Yes - Trico Business is our new mobile banking app; it is available now in app stores! Additional information, including a quick reference guide, is available above.


Will this transition affect Bill Pay?

Bill Pay will not be affected. As of 1/27, Bill Pay will only be accessible via Trico Business Express.


What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard provides quick and easy access to a variety of information and actions; each user can customize their view.


Can company Administrators add/modify/delete users in the new platforms?

Yes! Company Administrators can now add/modify/delete users in Trico Treasury Center; please contact Tri Counties Bank at 1-877-895-7580 for assistance.


Will the transition to the new platforms affect my connection to QuickBooks?

Yes - customers will need to take specific actions within QuickBooks as part of the transition. Detailed help guides are available above to assist.

Customers who utilized Direct Connect with Business Online Banking will need to use Web Connect with Trico Business Express. Direct Connect will be rolled out to Trico Business Express in the near future.


How are new accounts added to Trico Business Express?

To add accounts, please contact Tri Counties Bank at 1-800-922-8742. Remember account permissions are entitlement based; an Administrator will need to grant access to any additional users.


Will recurring transfers be affected?

Yes – all recurring transfers and payments (excluding Bill Pay) will need to be deleted in Business Online Banking and re-created in Trico Business Express.


Will my transfer templates from Business Online Banking be available in Trico Business Express?

Trico Business Express is designed to make navigating your finances simple and easy - you no longer need to use transfer templates when making transfers.


Does Trico Business Express send account or transaction activity alerts?

Yes, Trico Business Express offers users the ability to create email or SMS alerts for payment and transactions, user profile activity, and more!

Does Trico Business Express offer secure messaging?

Yes, Trico Business Express offers users the ability to communicate with Tri Counties Bank quickly and securely. Click on the Messages tab to initiate a secure message and view any replies, along with related items, such as Bulletins or any actions awaiting an approval.
