POSITION SUMMARY

 

Responsible for the development and operation of the organization’s electronic banking activity, including automated teller machines (ATM), wire transfers, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and ATM/Debit card activities.  Researches and implements changes and upgrades to the electronic banking products.  This position will provide support for ATM, wire transfer, EFT and ATM/Debit card processing of electronic banking.  This support will include information, training documentation and communication to all appropriate bank personnel. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provides research for new products or changes to existing products for implementation.  This research will determine the feasibility of the modification for Administration.  Will coordinate with other staff members to determine whether other hardware or software changes are necessary to implement the new process.
  • Coordinates the installation of system changes with necessary staff members.  .
  • Provides management with monthly reports on the status of current and pending projects.
  • Manage relationship with third party vendors for ATM/Debit card processing, wire system, and automated teller machines.
  • Administrator for FEDLine Advantage (EUAC), Wells Fargo CEO and PayPlus.
  • Provides VISA with quarterly Operating Certificate.
  • Directly manages supervisors who ensure that responsibilities are done in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintains a current understanding of stated procedures and policies, including regulatory compliance issues for ACH processing, wires processing and the ATM/Debit card processing.  Also maintain knowledge in areas including; customer complaints, BSA, OFAC, UDAAP, NPPI
  • Maintain and test procedures with supervisors for disaster recovery within the bank’s business continuity plan
  • Maintains a log of all incoming calls for research and problem resolution tracking
  • Researches problems or coordinates with application vendors for problem resolution
  • Work with system analyst to ensure appropriate system applications are current and updated

Prerequisites:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • College graduate preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years job related experience
  • Previous supervisor or lead position experience with ability to train and motivate personnel
  • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs
  • Previous experience in a data/operations center preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal/nonverbal and interpersonal skills
