The Digital Channels Product Manager will be responsible for digital banking services and channel access, delivering superior services and highly differentiated customer experience across digital channels to increase the value to our customers.

The Digital Channels Product Manager develops roadmaps and business cases, and leads initiatives with consideration to customer needs, strategic direction, business priorities, and new revenue. This position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle; defining product vision and working closely with sales, marketing and training to generate and preserve revenue, maximize profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. This position may manage activities of other team members and/or provide work leadership/supervision to work groups.




  • Manages key areas of Tri Counties Bank online and mobile banking channels.
  • Maintains awareness of relevant trends and developments in the market and in bank channel, products and services; and continuously evaluates products and services to identify and prioritize opportunities to increase revenue, enhance loyalty and reduce costs.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders across lines of business, marketing, technology, operations and compliance teams to develop strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives and digital channels vision.
  • Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluates internal and external data, industry research, customer surveys, and feedback in various bank channels, and uses own market awareness to make sound decisions and recommendations.
  • Monitors, communicates and improves key performance indicators, and reports against agreed to goals and benchmarks, and provides regular financial, quality, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Organizes and leads roadmap initiatives, existing platform feature enhancement projects, and technical changes to online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Support various lines of business requests for enhancements or to leverage existing capabilities. Identify new or expansion opportunities within lines of business to maximize business potential from digital channels.  
  • Directs or conducts competitive analysis, assessment, and research of new product and delivery channel feasibility.
  • Develops business cases, go to market plans, business requirements and oversees or assists in developing functional, user, quality, and implementation requirements.
  • Tracks and regularly reports to Senior Management to ensure the implementation of the product development plans continue to support the Bank's strategic objectives.
  • Organize and prioritize marketing and communication activities, and assist in the development of training program and materials and other information related to the product launch by providing content expertise.
  • Collaborates in creating the marketing and product training materials to be used in prospecting new and existing customers.
  • Researches, recommends, and implements product enhancements, pricing changes, re-launch or retirement of existing products based on customer needs and profit potential.
  • Manages and maintains vendor relationships as required with designated business partners. 




  • Maintain a current awareness of federal and state consumer compliance laws related to banking including but not limited to; Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML), OFAC compliance, identity theft protection and Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP).
  • Maintain a current awareness of federal and state consumer compliance laws related to Bank Marketing and Product Development such as Reg. B, Reg. DD, Reg. E, Reg. Z, NDIP and FDIC advertising rules.
  • Comply with confidentiality regulations including Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Non-public Personal Information (NPPI) regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • 10+ years of relevant product development, management, or operations experience, including 5+ years in eBanking or eCommerce linked to measurable business results
  • Experienced in Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Emerging Payments product propositions, industry trends and marketing.
  • Understanding of existing online and mobile financial services technologies and innovations, and common web and mobile application based development concepts.
  • Skilled in product development, management and/or operations, developing business cases using financial models, and ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, critical, and creative problem solving skills with an in-depth understanding of utilizing electronic delivery channels to meet business goals.
  • Strategic planning, business development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with all levels of management and partners.
  • Knowledge of customer usability research and cross-channel digital customer experience design.
  • High school graduate minimum.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Windows applications.
