POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Banking Senior Administrative Assistant provides ongoing administrative and office support for the Retail Banking executive.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provides support to various Retail team members as needed.
  • Maintains working files for EVP of Retail Banking.
  • Maintains and coordinates assigned tracking reports.
  • Provides ad hoc reports as required.
  • Provides back up for corporate front desk as needed.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to Bank policy and procedures including Gramm-Leach Bliley Act principles by successfully completing related trainings and maintaining these learned practices on the job.

Prerequisites:

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Minimum 3 years prior office experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
