The Account Executive generates new equipment lease transactions for the Bank through telemarketing, direct mail and visits to prospective customers and equipment vendors.




  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Evaluate all aspects of a potential transaction including the financial position of clients and transaction structure.
  • Maintains a pipeline of 30 transaction opportunities on a rolling ninety-day cycle, while closing two to four transactions per month.
  • Consistently source and close $5 million in business annually.
  • Maintains current knowledge of and complies with Reg B, Fair Lending, privacy- Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Non-public Personal Information (NPPI) regulations.




  • Attend on-going seminars and trade shows regarding leasing, financing and equipment knowledge.
  • Maintains a positive, pro-active approach to presenting and selling our product within the various departments which support our efforts.
  • Work independently, be a self starter, limited travel required.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred with an emphasis in Business/Finance/Marketing.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong math skills and ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements and tax returns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
